Pooh-Bear Booklet Christmas Card

This card was made for Craft Roulette #342 whose parameters were include a 4 Bar project, fairy tale colors, kid’s book element and paperclip for random. I used Winnie-the-Pooh stamps from Unity Stamp Company and Echo Park Paper Company to make an 8-page booklet Christmas card.

Watch the process video to see how I made this card.

Booklet: For the cover cut a double-sided pattern paper at 5 1/4x 7 1/2-inches and fold in half. Cut down journaling cards from the Echo Park Winnie The Pooh Christmas 12×12 paper collection to fit the front and back cover.glue in place. For the pages cut two 4 7/8x 7 1/4-inches rectangles from lightweight 65lb white cardstock. Fold them both in half. Insert one inside the other and trim any overhanging edges. Once the stamping of the pages is complete, stitch booklet together as shown in the video above.

Images: Unity Stamps red rubber stamps include the clump of three fir trees, Eeyore, Pooh and Piglet walking with honey (Forever with You) as well as Pooh and Piglet looking at footprints (Winter Footprints.) Echo Park’s photopolymer stamps include: Grand Christmas – Tiger, Pooh and Piglet around a Christmas tree; Snow Globe Scene – snow globe, Pooh and snowflakes; Very Pooh Bear Christmas – Piglet, North Pole sign, snowflake and tree on sled. The paperclip footprints use the stamp from Craft Roulette The Basics stamp set.

Sentiments: The sentiments are from a mixture of the stamps sets. “Our footprints….” is from Unity Stamp Company’s Winter Footprints. “Winnie the pooh” and “Adventure is out there” are from Echo Park’s Winnie the Pooh set. “And Just when Pooh…a snowflake landed on his nose.” is from Echo Park’s Grand Christmas. “A very Pooh-bear Christmas” is from Echo Park’s Very Pooh Bear Christmas, while “You are the best Christmas gift’ is from Echo Park’s Snow Globe Scene stamp set.

Envelope: The card fits into an A2 (4.25x 5.5-inches) size envelope with its back flap stamped in black ink with “A Wonderful & Grand Christmas” from Echo Park’s Grand Christmas stamp set. The paperclip footprints use the stamp from Craft Roulette The Basics stamp set.
