This card was made for Craft Roulette #337 whose parameters were include an A2 or ISO A6 project, pool party colors, cold or chilly as element and check(s) as random. I used The Greetery’s Shortbread Shapes: Snowflake embossing folder and Checks Out stencil to make this card.

Cardbase: I used a purchased 4.25×5.5-inch cardbase and matching envelope.

Front: A 5.5×8.5-inch panel of 80lb white cardstock was stenciled using the smaller of the two stencils in The Greetery’s Checks Out stencil set with a blue marker and shimmer brush marker. I spritzed the back of the panel with water before placing it into The Greetery’s Shortbread Shapes: Snowflake embossing folder. I ran the embossing folder through my die cutting machine to emboss the panel. Once the panel had dried and stiffened some, I trimmed the panel to the edges of the stenciled border (4×5.25-inches). Using 1mm thick foam tape, I adhered the panel to the card base. Then I decorated with a glitter gloss brush marker, sequins and two pieces of ribbon.

Sentiments: “Winter Blessings” is one of 16 sentiment banners in Spellbinders Mistletoe Greetings press plate & die set.

Envelope: The card fits into an A2 (4.25×5.5-inch) size envelope with “Sending Warm Winter Wishes” from PoppyStamps Peaceful Christmas Greetings stamped in gray ink on the back flap.
